Participation Information

  • The festival welcomes folklore groups, orchestras, majorettes, modern dance groups, choirs, and music bands from around the globe.
  • Each ensemble must prepare a minimum of two dances, each lasting 8-15 minutes, to be performed with either a USB or live orchestra.
  • Participants are required to bring their country’s flag and a few gifts for municipal visits.
  • Interested groups must complete and submit an Application Form. Submission implies agreement with the festival regulations.
  • Groups are requested to send a brief CV and at least three photos of their ensemble via email.
  • By July 25, 2025, groups must provide a list of participants, including names, surnames, genders, dates of birth, and passport numbers.
  • Transportation arrangements for arrival and departure are the responsibility of each group.

 

Participation Fee

  • 70 Euro for 4 HB (4 nights with 2 meals per day)
  • 80 Euro for 5 HB (5 nights with 2 meals per day)
  • 130 Euro for 4 HB (3 nights with 2 meals per day)
  • 170 Euro for 5 HB (4 nights with 2 meals per day)

The participation fee covers:

  • Participation in festival concerts
  • Professional sound, stage, and light equipment
  • Accommodation in 2* or 3* hotels (3-4 bedded rooms, with an additional cost of 7€ per person per day for double rooms and 15€ for single rooms)
  • Half-board hotel accommodation
  • A souvenir and gift for each group
  • A certificate of attendance

Exclusions:

  • Transportation (arrival and departure)
  • Optional tour programs
  • Insurance
  • Any additional costs not explicitly mentioned above

Payment Details: Groups must submit an Application Form. Approved groups are required to pay a 10% guarantee fee in advance, which will be deducted from the final payment. An additional 20% for accommodation booking must also be sent to the organizers. The remaining balance is due before the festival begins or upon arrival, as agreed with the organizers.

Day 1

  • 14:00: Arrival in Milas; hotel accommodation after meeting with festival representatives; free time
  • 18:30 – 19:30: Dinner in hotel
  • 20:30: Meeting with director and choreographer

Day 2

  • 07:00 – 10:00: Breakfast
  • 10:00 – 16:00: Free time
  • 18:30 – 19:30: Dinner
  • 20:00 – 20:30: Official opening of the festival with “Ensemble Parade” and welcome speech
  • 21:00: Performance (10-15 min)

Day 3

  • 07:00 – 10:00: Breakfast
  • 10:00 – 16:00: Free time
  • 18:30 – 19:30: Dinner
  • 20:30: Start performance (10-15 min)

Day 4

  • 07:00 – 09:00: Breakfast
  • 10:00 – 18:00: Free time
  • 18:30 – 19:30: Dinner
  • 20:30: Start performance (10-15 min)

Day 5

  • 07:00 – 09:00: Breakfast
  • 10:00 – 18:00: Free time
  • 18:30 – 19:30: Dinner
  • 20:30: Start performance (10-15 min)

Day 6

  • 07:00 – 10:00: Breakfast
  • 12:00: Departure

The festival organizers reserve the right to change the festival schedule.

Excursions Information
