We invite you to join us in the historic and vibrant city of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is famous for its exciting nightlife, numerous cultural and historical monuments, delicious food such as ćevapi, pita, and burek, and traditional Bosnian coffee with rahatlokum served in a fildžan. Visiting Baščaršija to enjoy these treats is a unique pleasure shared by the many tourists who visit this city, the second most visited in Europe.
Together with the many optional excursions offered, Sarajevo creates the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable cultural exchange.
Festival Welcomes:
Folk ensembles, dance groups (all age groups: children, youth, and adults).
General Rules:
Prepare a program of 2 performances, each 10 minutes long.
Bring the national flag of your country and a sign with the name of your ensemble.
No limit on group size or number of groups per country.
The festival has a revue (non-competitive) character.
Groups arrange own international transport.
Accommodation at 4-star Hotel “BM” in Sarajevo.
Participation Fee:
150 EUR per person for 3 nights / 4 days with full board (all meals included).
20 persons = 1 person free (group leader gratis).
Additional Daily Rate:
For extended or shortened stay: 50 EUR per person per day.
Included by Organizers:
Free tourist tax.
Free hotel parking.
Interpreter services (Russian, English).
Two concerts per ensemble (Friday and Saturday).
Evening gatherings in the hotel hall every night.
Free optional excursions (Vrelo Bosne, Gondola ride, Avaz Tower, guided tour of Baščaršija).
Payment & Cancellation:
A deposit of 50 EUR per person is required to confirm participation.
The deposit is non-refundable if the group cancels.
