We invite you to join us in the beautiful coastal town of Didim, Turkey.

Didim, located on the Aegean coast, is renowned for its stunning blue-flag beaches like Altınkum, rich historical sites such as the Temple of Apollo, and vibrant local markets. The town offers a perfect blend of ancient history, natural beauty, and lively culture, creating an ideal backdrop for international cultural exchange during the festival from 28 June to 03 July 2026.

Festival Welcomes:

  • Folk dance ensembles from around the world (participants must be aged 14+).

General Rules:

  • Performance duration: 5-10 minutes (on playback or with live instruments).

  • Bring the national flag of your country.

  • No limit on the number of dancers per group.

  • Maximum 3 groups per country (subject to organizer’s discretion).

  • Send group photos along with the application.

  • Groups must arrange their own transport to/from Didim and for the duration of the festival.

  • Free parking provided during the festival.

Accommodation Info

Accommodation in selected 3-star hotels in Didim (Grand Didyma Hotel, Meryemana Hotel, Pamukkale Hotel). Hotel allocation will be decided by the organizing committee.

Participation Fee:

  • 40 EUR per person per day (includes hotel accommodation with breakfast and dinner open buffet).

  • Total for 5 nights (28 June – 3 July): 200 EUR per person.

Additional Costs:

  • Single room supplement: +50% of the daily rate.

  • Personal health and liability insurance are the responsibility of each participant/group.

Included by Organizers (for groups):

  • One free spot for every 20 paying participants (20+1 free).

  • Festival participation certificates and souvenirs.

  • Three gifts per participant.

  • A dedicated guide from arrival until departure.

  • Protocol visits (e.g., Governor, Mayor).

  • A festival DVD and photos sent after the event.

  • Full promotion and organization.

Hotel Facilities:

  • Rooms with 2, 3, or 4 beds, each with a private bathroom.

  • Buffet dining (breakfast and dinner).

  • Proximity to festival events and local attractions.

  • 14:00 – Arrival, check-in, and free time

  • 18:00 – Dinner

  • 21:00 – Meeting with festival director and group leaders

Day 2 (29 June):

  • 08:00 – Breakfast

  • 10:00 – Free time for beach or optional excursions

  • 18:00 – Dinner

  • 21:00 – Dance workshop or cultural exchange

Day 3 (30 June):

  • 08:00 – Breakfast

  • 10:00 – Protocol visits / Rehearsals

  • 18:00 – Dinner

  • 21:00 – Main Festival Evening – Performances

Day 4 (01 July):

  • 08:00 – Breakfast

  • 10:00 – Free time or optional excursions

  • 18:00 – Dinner

  • 21:00 – Disco or social party

Day 5 (02 July):

  • 08:00 – Breakfast

  • Day free for activities (beach, market, aqua park)

  • 18:00 – Dinner

  • 21:00 – Farewell event

Day 6 (03 July):

  • 08:00 – Breakfast

  • 12:00 – Check-out and departure

The organizer reserves the right to change the festival program. A detailed schedule will be provided upon arrival.
