We cordially invite children and youth folk ensembles, choral groups, orchestras, brass bands, modern dance groups, majorette teams, and music bands from around the world to participate in the International Festival in Bodrum, Turkey, taking place from 24 to 28 June 2026. This festival celebrates cultural diversity, artistic excellence, and international friendship through music, dance, and performance in a stunning seaside setting.
Festival Welcomes:
Folk ensembles, choral groups, orchestras, brass bands, modern dance groups, majorette teams, and music bands (children, youth, and adult groups).
General Rules:
Participants must arrive in Bodrum – Muğla on 24th June. Check-in time is 14:00. Departure is on 28th June 2026, check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
There is no limit for the number of participants.
Performances should have a maximum duration of 8 minutes.
Participants can use USB or live music.
Performance venues will be determined by the festival committee.
Concerts are in an open area on a stage with dimensions of 10×9 meters.
The festival language is English.
There is no age limit for participants.
Groups should bring a flag of their country.
After submitting an application, groups must send 5 different pictures and 1 video (which includes their performances).
Festival committee will organize the concerts depending on weather conditions.
Transport:
Airport transportation will be arranged and paid for by the groups. The festival committee can provide guidance for these arrangements.
Insurance:
Every type of travel, health insurance, and other insurances should be arranged by the groups.
Accommodation will be in a hotel located very close to the seaside.
Participation Fee:
The fee is based on a 4-night/5-day package.
200 Euro per person for 4 nights/5 days in triple rooms (1 French bed and 1 single bed) in a 4-star Hotel on Full Board (FB) base (three meals per day) + non-alcoholic drinks.
233 Euro per person for 4 nights/5 days in triple rooms (1 French bed and 1 single bed) in a 5-star Hotel on Full Board (FB) base (three meals per day) + non-alcoholic drinks.
250 Euro per person for 4 nights/5 days in triple rooms (1 French bed and 1 single bed) in a 5-star Hotel on All Inclusive (AI) base.
Additional Costs:
Double room price is 56 Euro per person per day (4* FB).
Double room price is 63 Euro per person per day (5* FB).
Double room price is 70 Euro per person per day (5* AI).

Day 1 (June 24):
14:00 – Arrival in Bodrum, hotel check-in.
18:00–20:00 – Dinner at the hotel.
21:00 – Welcome reception with group leaders.
Day 2 (June 25):
07:00–10:00 – Breakfast.
10:00–15:00 – Sightseeing in Gumusluk and Yalikavak (optional) or free time at the beach.
17:30–18:30 – Dinner at the hotel.
19:30 – Ensemble parade.
20:00 – Official festival evening in the city square.
Day 3 (June 26):
07:00–10:00 – Breakfast.
10:00–18:00 – Daily boat excursion with swimming and lunch (optional visit to Kos Island).
17:30–18:30 – Dinner at the hotel.
20:00 – Second festival evening (optional).
Day 4 (June 27):
07:00–10:00 – Breakfast.
10:30–12:00 – Visit to the Municipality and reception with the Mayor.
19:00–20:00 – Dinner at the hotel.
21:00 – Closing ceremony, presentation of certificates and gifts, and final party with all participants.
Day 5 (June 28):
07:00–10:00 – Breakfast.
12:00 – Departure.

Aquapark and Yacht Trip Tours: Yacht Tour price is 12 Euro per person.
Sightseeing of Gumusluk and Yalikavak: Including optional free beach time.
