Participation Info:

We are delighted to invite Folk Ensembles, Choral Groups, Ballroom Dance Teams, Art Schools, Music Theatre, Modern Dance Teams, Orchestras, and Majorette Teams (for children and youth groups) to take part in the XI International Music & Folk-Dance Festival “Skiathos Fest” from June 28 to July 02, 2026, on the stunning island of Skiathos, Greece. Skiathos is renowned for its pine forests, over 60 pristine sandy beaches and crystal-clear sea, offering a perfect setting for culture and relaxation.

General Rules:

• Open to children, youth, and adult folklore, contemporary dance, vocal, and instrumental groups
• Limited to 3 groups per country
• Each group must have a minimum of 50 members (including dancers, managers, and musicians)
• Groups should prepare at least two performances of 10-15 minutes (vocal groups: 15-20 minutes), with orchestral or USB accompaniment
• Performances will be held in the evenings to allow for daytime excursions
• A short group biography and 2-3 photos must be sent by post
• Bring your national flag. Groups must arrange their own transport to and from the festival

• GROUPS CAN ARRIVE DIRECTLY TO SKIATHOS AIRPORT. 
• GROUPS CAN TAKE FERRY FROM VOLOS. (WOFA can help with arranging ferry tickets)
