Eligibility: Open to all children’s, youth, and adult ensembles.
Group Limit: Only 3 groups per country.
Participant Cap: Up to 70 members per group, including dancers, managers, musicians, and family members.
Performance Requirements:
Folk Ensembles: Two folk dances, 10-15 minutes each (orchestra or USB format).
Choral Groups: Free program, approximately 15 minutes.
Application Requirements: Submit a short CV and 5 group photos. Groups should also bring their national flag.
Transportation: Groups are responsible for their own arrival and departure transport arrangements.
Hotel: 5-star Hotel Bonita Luxury Resort, directly on Durres’ famous sand beach, featuring an outdoor pool, aqua park, and private beach access. VisitHotel Bonita Luxury for more details.
Room Options: Double and triple rooms, with additional double rooms available upon request for an extra €10 per room per night.
Tourist Tax: Additional charge of €1 per person per day.
Fees:
€139 per person for 3 nights, including 2 meals per day.
€184 per person for 4 nights, including 2 meals per day.
Groups can extend their stay for €49 per person per night (HB basis).

Day 1:
13:00: Arrival in Durres, hotel check-in, and beach time.
18:00 – 19:00: Buffet dinner at the hotel.
21:00: Welcome meeting.
Day 2:
09:00 – 10:00: Buffet breakfast.
11:00 – 15:00: Guided sightseeing tour of Durres.
18:00 – 19:00: Buffet dinner at the hotel.
19:30 – 23:00: Parade on the main street leading to the square for the festival evening.
Day 3:
09:00 – 10:00: Buffet breakfast.
10:30 – 15:00: Optional beach time or Kruje excursion.
18:00 – 20:00: Buffet dinner at the hotel.
21:00: Gala evening with short performances from each group (5-minute presentation). Awards and certificates presented to all participants.
Day 4:
09:00 – 10:00: Buffet breakfast.
10:30 – 15:00: Beach time or optional excursion to Kruje.
17:00 – 18:00: Buffet dinner at the hotel.
21:00: Free time.
Day 5:
09:00 – 11:00: Buffet breakfast and departure.
