Participation Information

We are pleased to invite folk ensembles, choral groups, orchestras, brass bands, modern dance groups, and majorette teams of all ages (children, youth, and adults) to take part in the XI International Music & Folk – Dance Festival “FETHIYE FESTIVAL DAYS”, held from May 20–26 in the beautiful resort city of Fethiye, Turkey.

The purpose of this festival is to showcase the cultural traditions of different countries and foster friendships through dance and music. We aim to bring music to the streets and squares of Fethiye, creating a vibrant, interactive experience for both performers and audiences.

Participation Requirements:

  • Group size: 40–50 participants
  • No age limits for musicians and dancers
  • Performance music can be live or played via USB
  • Each group must submit 5 photos and 1 video showcasing their performances
  • Performances will be scheduled at the discretion of the festival committee
  • Performance length: 3 to 12 minutes in open-air venues
  • Groups are required to bring their country’s flags and at least three gifts for exchange
  • The festival language is English, and each group will be assigned a guide during the event

Accommodation Information

Participants will be accommodated in the Sunshine Holiday Resort, located in Fethiye. The resort offers all-inclusive service (excluding alcohol) in 3, 4, and 5-bedroom options. Visit Sunshine Holiday Resort for more details.

Accommodation Fees:

  • 130 EUR for 4 all inclusive nights, 5 days (May 18–22)
  • 160 EUR for 5 all inclusive nights, 6 days (May 18–23)
  • Additional 10 EUR per day per person for double rooms
  • Groups may extend their stay for 29 EUR per person per day

The festival organizers offer:

Program Information

Day 1 

  • 10:00–12:00: Hotel check-in and welcome
  • 12:00–16:00: Free time (swimming pool, sea)
  • 12:30–14:00: Lunch
  • 17:00–18:00: Meeting with directors and choreographers
  • 18:30–20:00: Dinner
  • 21:00–22:30: Fethiye center tour

Day 2 

  • 08:00–10:00: Breakfast
  • 10:00: Optional Kayakoy trip
  • 12:30–14:00: Lunch
  • 14:30–19:00: Hotel activities (swimming pool, sea)
  • 19:00–20:00: Dinner
  • 20:00–22:30: Parade and performances (max 8 minutes per group)

Day 3

  • 08:00–10:00: Breakfast
  • 10:00: Yacht tour
  • 17:00–19:00: Free time
  • 19:00–20:00: Dinner
  • 20:30–22:00: Free time at the hotel

Day 4 

  • 08:00–10:00: Breakfast
  • 10:00–12:00: Swimming at Belcekiz Beach (Oludeniz)
  • 12:00–13:00: Lunch
  • 11:00–16:00: Shopping in Fethiye center
  • 19:30–20:30: Dinner
  • 20:30–22:30: Performances in Oludeniz

Day 5 

  • 08:00–10:00: Breakfast
  • 10:00–12:00: Swimming at Belcekiz Beach (Oludeniz)
  • 12:00–13:00: Lunch
  • 11:00–16:00: Shopping in Fethiye center
  • 19:30–20:30: Dinner
  • 20:30–22:30: Free time

Day 

  • 08:00–10:00: Breakfast
  • 11:00: Departure

For groups arriving by plane, the festival will arrange airport transfers from Antalya Airport at a reasonable cost. Additional detailed information will be provided upon confirmation of participation.
