We are pleased to invite folk groups, choral groups, orchestras, art schools, ballroom dance groups, modern dance groups, and majorette teams (children, youth, and adult groups) to participate in the XV International Music Festival “VENICE FEST.” The festival offers a unique opportunity to present the cultural traditions of different countries through dance and music while fostering friendships among participants.
Non-competitive performances of traditional and modern dances, choral groups, brass bands, orchestras, and majorette teams. Participation is open to children’s, youth, and adult ensembles. A limit of 3 groups per country. Group size: 20 to 60 members (including dancers, managers, and musicians). Each ensemble must prepare at least 2 dances with a total performance time of 12 minutes. Performances will take place in the evenings, leaving the days free for sightseeing. Participants should bring their national flag. Groups must arrange their own transport to and from the festival.

The participation fee includes accommodation in 3-star hotels, offering half board (breakfast and dinner). The fee structure is as follows:
Triple and quadruple rooms will be provided in hotels like Hotel Rosmary, Tipo ***, Mazzini ***, Aldebaran ***, Apollo ***, Grifone ***, Da Bepi ***, etc. An additional charge of 10 EUR per person per day for double rooms. For every 25 participants, 1 group member is free of charge.
Accommodation with half board (2 meals per day). Welcome cocktails for group leaders. Souvenirs and gifts for each group. Certificate of attendance. Drinks during performances. Festival promotion on social media and posters.
All participants are responsible for their own personal and health insurance. First aid and medical services will be available, but the costs must be covered by the participants.
