Costs of Participation for Groups (11+ Participants):

• 225 Euro – Hotel*** basic

Package Includes:

• 4 nights’ accommodation in 3 or 4-bed rooms with private bathrooms.
• 4 days half board (buffet breakfast, dinner with 1st and 2nd courses, dessert, and water).
• Festival participation fee.
• Support from festival staff.
• Tourist tax included.
  

Additional Fees:

• Double room supplement: €7 per day/person.
• Single room supplement: €20 per day/person.
  

Group Discounts:

• For every 25 participants, one is free.
• For groups of 40+ participants, the 41st, 42nd, and 43rd participants are free.
  

Other Benefits:

• Free parking for buses.
• Bus transfers from airports to hotels can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
  

Registration Process:

• To confirm participation, submit the application form with a brief biography and color photos of the group via email.
• A 30% advance deposit is required to secure participation.
• Submit the final list of participants (names, birthdates, and passport details) by 30 June 2026.
  

Cancellation Policy:

• Up to 60 days before arrival: No penalty.
• 59 to 15 days before arrival: Deposit withheld, and an additional 50% penalty of the total booking cost.
• Force majeure events: The deposit can be transferred to future Sopravista festivals within three years.
