Participation Information

We are pleased to invite folk ensembles, choral groups, orchestras, brass bands, majorette teams, vocal groups, art schools, and other performing groups (children, youth, and adult groups) to participate in the XVI International Music & Dance Festival “DUBAI PALM FESTIVAL” from November 18-24, 2026, in Dubai, UAE. This festival is part of an international event in Dubai.

Festival Goals

The festival aims to showcase the cultural traditions of different countries and provide a platform for members of performing groups to come together, establish friendships, and present their culture through dance and music. It seeks to bring music closer to the people by presenting performances on the streets and squares of Dubai.

General Rules:

This is a non-competitive festival featuring traditional and modern dances, brass bands, orchestras, folk dance groups, choral groups, majorette teams, instrumental groups, soloists, and other art performers.

• Every group is eligible to participate, with a limit of 3 groups from each country.
• Each group can consist of up to 50 members (including dancers, managers, musicians, and family members).
• Groups should prepare a program of 12-15 minutes (live or on USB).
• Choral groups should prepare a 12-minute free program.
• Groups must send a short CV (5-6 sentences in English), 5 photos of the group, and a video performance link.
• Groups must bring a flag of their country.
• Groups are responsible for their own transport for arrival and departure.
• The festival provides certificates and gifts for each group.
