We invite you to come on the XXI. International Folklore Festival in Italy-Rimini from 24.06 – 28.06.2026.
Participants are ensembles from Italy, Slovenia, Poland, Ukraine, Greece, Turkey, Serbia, Indonesia, India, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Croatia, Czech, Slovakia, Romania, Russia, Armenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Bulgaria, Hungary…
Festival Welcomes:
Cultural-art societies (ensembles).
General Rules:
Participation includes a Defile (parade) through the City of Rimini.
Performances by cultural-art societies.
Receiving of certificates and plaques.
An inviting letter is provided for visa purposes (visas are free for cultural-art societies with this letter).
Limit: 1 free additional seat for every 25 members.
Accommodation in 3-star hotels in Rimini (e.g., Hotel Diamond, Hotel Lily, Hotel Crown, Hotel John, Hotel Stacolli, Hotel Elba, Hotel Karin, Hotel Ilde).
Participation Fee:
195 EUR per person for 4 nights with half board (breakfast and dinner).
Additional Costs:
Double room supplement: 5 EUR/person/night.
Tourist tax: from 2.50 EUR/person/day (for persons aged 14+).
Optional excursions (extra paid).
Included by Organizers:
One free participation per 25 members.
Certificates and plaques.
Organization expenses, program leading, professional assistance.
Invitation letter for visa purposes (visas are free for participating cultural-art societies).
Hotel Stay Includes:
Half board service (breakfast & dinner).

Day 1 – 24.06.2026:
Arrival at hotel, accommodation.
Tour of Rimini: introduction to the resort, beautiful sun beaches, city walk.
Dinner. Overnight stay. Optional: visit to local discotheques.
Day 2 – 25.06.2026:
Breakfast.
Day at the beach or optional half-day tour to Ravenna (UNESCO Byzantine heritage).
Dinner. Overnight stay.
Day 3 – 26.06.2026:
Breakfast.
Festival Day: Preparation for parade.
Defile through the City of Rimini.
Cultural-art performances.
Awarding of certificates and plaques.
Dinner. Optional: discotheque. Overnight stay.
Day 4 – 27.06.2026:
Breakfast.
Optional half-day tour to San Marino (oldest republic in the world).
Dinner. Optional: friendly night at discotheque. Overnight stay.
Day 5 – 28.06.2026:
Breakfast.
Optional full-day tour to Venice, Verona, Padua, or Trieste.
Departure or return to point of origin.
Farewell and invitation for next year.
