Accommodation Info

It covers accommodation in Hotels & Apartments with 2 meals per day in full capasity  and  multiple rooms  with own toilet) located in Paralia or Olimpic beach  on the beach like Rainbow Resort, Passion, Katerina, Xenia Zeus, Ifigenia, Despina, London, Phenix….in full capacity of the seats..for drivers and leaders will be two double rooms.

Participation fee is:

• 123 euro for 3 HB per person  (4 days/ 3 nights with 2 meals per day).
• 149 euro for 4 HB per person  (5 days/ 4 nights with 2 meals per day).
• 179 euro for 5 HB per person  (6 days/ 5 nights with 2 meals per day).
• All double and single rooms are available upon request. Multiple-bed accommodations are assigned based on availability.

• additional double rooms available at 12 EUR per person/day
• additional single rooms available at 35 EUR per person/day

Festival organizers provide:

• for 24 participants – one gratis
• souvenir and gift for each group
• certificate for attendance
• Welcome cocktail
• Free parking
• advertising of the festival (press release, social media promotion, posters and flayers).

Insurance:
Personal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group.

• Extended stay: On your request,  You can continue your stay in  hotel and price is 32 euro per person/per day HB). 
• Tourist tax is 2 EUR per person/day, payable separately.
• Air Condition is payed 5-7 Euro additional per day

After Groups arrived in Hotel will be given detailed program of the festival and each group will have guide during festival.

Transportation: The festival will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from Thessaloniki  airport, during the festival days and back to the same  airport. (payed additional)
